How do I upload artwork that I have saved on my computer?
Here at KineticPromos, we have made uploading artwork easy! Just follow these simple steps: Click the Upload Artwork button found and enter the requested information.  Then search for the file you want in the popup window.  Next,  select the file and click the Open button.  ( This process should look familiar because it is the same process as when you attach a file to an email.)  Finally, click on the “Upload Now” button to upload and review your graphics.  NOTE: You must first register with KineticPromos in order to upload artwork. This will ensure that your artwork is assigned seamlessly to your account and upcoming order.

Can I still upload artwork if I do not have it saved on my computer?
You can easily load a file from any removable media, usb memory drives or from within your office network.

What is the minimum resolution for artwork?
None. Here at KineticPromos we try to make it as easy as possible. Just upload the digital file that you have on-hand in any format and we’ll take it from there.  Our expert graphic designers can work with any type file, enhance, and even help you modify it.

Now that my artwork is uploaded, where do I find it?
To find your artwork, simply log into your account and click on the my account tab. There you will find an Uploaded Artwork section which will show you the artwork you have uploaded and the date that it was uploaded. You will also be able to delete artwork that you no longer use.

How long will my artwork be saved?
Our current policy is to save the artwork indefinitely. KineticPromos reserves the right, however, to delete artwork from accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time (do not worry, we will call and email you before we do anything).

What is your Samples Policy?
Easy, just order the sample online by using the KineticPromos cart, or contact us to help you.  Generally, the sample cost will be the same as the 50 piece quantity price plus the $2.99 shipping charge or  by the method you prefer.   Once you place your customized quantity order you may request that the sample charge be credited to your invoice.  Should you not want to place a quantity-order and want to return the sample, you simply send it back and we will return its cost back to you.

Some of the items shipped in our order have critical imperfections. What are my options?
We strive for perfection and have inspectors on hand to make certain that what you ordered is what you receive. However, should there be any type of problem, it is most important to you report it us quickly and within 7 days of receipt.  Important: Should a shipping carton be received damaged,  it must be noted on the delivery persons delivery-sheet along side your signature. Doing this will greatly help in recovering, replacing or making an insurance claim.

What should I do if I can’t find the product that I’m looking for on the KineticPromos website?
There are literally 10′s of 1000′s of promotional products out there. The products we have chosen to display on our webpage are fine representation of some of the newest products. Call us at 212-620-0600 and speak to a sales representative that will be happy to help you find what you need.
